WORRY-FREE WARRANTY
There is no good time for a breakdown. A mechanical problem or malfunction may occur despite the best care given to your car. For that reason, OCTO Auto Service Plus offers a North American Worry-Free Warranty for a period of 12 months or 20,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
All repairs and servicing performed at an OCTO Auto Service Plus repair shop are automatically covered by this warranty.

How to obtain warranty service
- If you are less than 40 km away from the original repair shop, you must return your vehicle to that repair shop for any warranty repairs.
- If you are more than 40 km from the original repair shop, then you must call the Warranty Administrator prior to any warranty repair work being performed, at 1-833-515-2937, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (Eastern Time), Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays
